After measuring a couple
feet, not inches, of snow the past 24 hours, this is what the snow piles look
like in Barnes Corners, NY. Barnes Corners is located on the Tug Hill plateau,
an elevated area east of Lake Ontario, and northeast of Syracuse, NY. The Tug as
its often referred to, can receive as much as 200 to 300 inches of snow every
winter. Most of this falls in the form of lake effect snow
