Millie Worden writes: I had my surgery..I had two torn cartilages in my knee. He removed them .. He shot me in the hip to see if that would help.. Setting here with ice on my knee now.. Hope this helps.. Thanks everyone for their thoughts. Can't wait to get back to almost normal..
